Why we exist
Like many families, we have experienced the challenges of helping aging relatives stay in their homes. During those times, it became clear that while healthcare providers and contractors each serve important roles, no service existed to bridge the gap—someone who could manage the home itself, coordinate upkeep, and ensure day‑to‑day safety.
Age In Place Home Management was created to fill that gap.
We are not healthcare providers, and we are not contractors. We are trusted partners who help seniors maintain their homes, stay safe, and continue living independently. For families with elderly loved ones in or around DeKalb County, GA, we provide the local support and oversight that brings confidence and peace of mind.

Owner / Founder - Chris Babbitt
With more than 20 years of experience guiding complex operations in the USA and the UK, Chris has built a career on structure, consistency, and thoughtful problem‑solving. He brings those same qualities to Age In Place Home Management, creating dependable systems that help seniors stay safe and independent in the homes they love. His steady, organized approach ensures every client receives reliable oversight and clear, trustworthy communication.
Planning / Support - Danielle Babbitt
With over two decades of experience in surgery, emergency care, and veterinary medicine, Danielle has spent her career supporting people and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. She brings that same steadiness, empathy, and attention to detail to Age In Place Home Management. Danielle’s medical‑based background helps her recognize risks early, plan thoughtfully, and provide the kind of calm, reliable support that gives seniors and families confidence.
