Tailored Home Management Packages

If you or a loved one are concerned about your ability to keep your home running smoothly and safely, we can help. Our management packages provide a monthly service that combines a comprehensive home safety check with a maintenance schedule to keep your home safe and functioning well.

In addition to these structured safety and maintenance programs, we make ourselves available to support you with any other general or special home tasks that you might need help with to keep your home running how you like it.

What does this look like?

We attend clients in 90min blocks. Our most basic package is 2x 90min blocks per month which means two regularly scheduled home visits per month.

For this you will get:

  • Home Safety check (total~30mins/month)

  • Completion of scheduled Home Maintenance Tasks (total~60mins/month)

  • 90 mins total Support time.

This would be classed as a light support package. The more support you need, the more 90min blocks of time we can assign to you each month.

A full home management plan whereby we take over the running of your home would likely be two visits (2x 90 blocks) per week with priority scheduling to ensure we keep you safe and well supported.

Consists of: Weekly Visits  (90 mins per visit = average 6.5hrs /month).
