Monthly Home Safety & Maintenance Check

Every client receives a comprehensive monthly home safety and maintenance check. This proactive visit ensures your home stays safe, functional, and free of preventable issues.

We assess six critical areas of home safety and maintenance:

Fire & Electrical
Security
Moisture & Leaks
Fall Prevention
Health Hazards
Exterior Safety

These checks help identify concerns early and keep your home operating at its best.

Customized Ongoing Support Built Around Your Needs

Alongside your safety and maintenance check, we work with you — and your family if desired — to determine the level of ongoing support that fits your lifestyle. Our goal is simple: keep your home running smoothly and help you maintain independence.

To make support flexible and easy to understand, we use a BLOCK‑based system:

Blocks are provided each month in groups of 4.
Our plans range from 4 blocks per month up to as many as 40 for clients who need comprehensive home management support.
Each task requires ½ block, 1 block, or 2 blocks, depending on complexity.
You can choose from our full list of support tasks to build a personalized plan that matches your needs.
Your plan can grow or adjust over time as your situation changes.

This structure aims to give you clarity, control, and confidence in the support you receive.
